More about mominatrix:

Kristen Chase hails from a small town in New Jersey where she escaped the accent and the big hair, but not a penchant for water ice and soft pretzels. Her career as a music therapist, textbook author and college professor landed her in Mississippi by way of Pennsylvania and Michigan, where she met her husband, an Air Force officer and military pilot, with whom she had a lot of sex.

Boobquake & a Special Mominatrix Boot Camp & Mommy Playdate

Posted April 26, 2010 at 12:30 pm by

So, if you haven’t heard about Boobquake, climb out from under the rock you’re living under (or the dungeon you’re trapped in, right, Whipping Boy?) and display those boobs (at your own comfort level, of course).

Oddly enough, there actually was an earthquake in Taiwan. So maybe this whole boob thing isn’t just a joke after all.

Now, if nothing happens to California due to all this boob-induced seismic action, the Mominatrix will be making a pair of appearances in the Bay Area and she really hopes you’ll be able to make it.

The Mominatrix Does Philly – Tonight!

Posted April 8, 2010 at 7:53 am by

Toss those kids to daddy, or beg your sitter to stay late, because the Mominatrix is taking Philadelphia by storm.

Well, literally at least. It’s supposed to rain tonight, damnit.

You can pick up an autographed copy of her book, “The Mominatrix’s Guide to Sex,” and enjoy the company of lovely local mom bloggers, friends, and family – including her mom.

She’ll be handing out ear plugs instead of bookmarks.

Head over to the Tritone on 15th & South between 7-9pm, and stay for the dancy party with the West Philly Orchestra, a pretty swinging brass band.

And stay tuned! The Mominatrix hits Chicago (April 22 & 23), San Francisco (May 2 & 3), and New York City (May 8) very soon!

Happy Valentine’s Day from the Mominatrix

Posted February 14, 2010 at 5:00 am by

It’s been a couple of weeks since my last post, but I certainly hope you extended your Sexual Resolution through February. Granted you might not be doing a challenge a day or anything, but considering how well you started your year, there’s nothing wrong with keeping up the momentum.

Since it’s the Official Day of Love, I wanted to spread some of my own and announce the winner of the Sexual Resolution Grand Prize Giveaway, courtesy of Eden Fantasys.

Ass smack roll, please…

Mommy is Dating

Congrats, Piper, and thanks to all the hot mamas who joined me in January and were kind enough to blog about it.

If you’re still stumped about Valentine’s Day, I obviously have not taught you well. As you might have guessed, you really don’t need an actual present to make today special. You had 30 days of practice. Now go put it to good use!

[You can still use the "MOMINATRIX" code for 15% off at Eden Fantasys. Better late than never]

2010: A Sexual Resolution – Complete

Posted January 31, 2010 at 8:00 am by

Congratulations for completing all 31 challenges, or at least sticking around to watch the madness. It’s been an exciting month – not just because we’ve done a sexually-related activity for every day this month, but even better, we’ve made some great strides in our own sexuality and in that of our relationships.

Plus, it’s been fabulous meeting a whole slew of new people that I would never have met before.

If you’re wondering what’s next, stay tuned:

And that’s just the beginning.

I’d love to hear from you – what would you like more of as 2010 gets under way. Aside from the regular bi-monthly column and weekly podcasts, what do you need more of?

And don’t forget to send in your blog posts so that you can be entered in the big grand prize giveaway from Eden Fantasys. Make sure to read the rules – posts date anytime today (and all throughout the month of January) will be eligible.
