Funny. TLC-used to be called The Learning Channel. That pretty much sums it up.

I also saw this on Tthe Soup and thought it was a hoot! Check out this article for a bit of insight into Bill Hayes, TLC’s fearless leader, 2nd to Eileen I guess.
