		<description>I'd do it.  I would, seriously, in a heartbeat.  We live in midwestern suburbia with a backyard the size of a camper, so a windmill would be really stupid for us.  But, if it's an option where you are, then go for it!

Also, we average about $115 a month for our gas/electric bill.  We have natural gas and central air conditioning (which you bet your ass I run all summer long), so your huge bill does seem out of line to me.</description>
