This actually happened about 30 minutes from where I live so it’s been on the local news for a long time. The woman was horrible. 20 years is certainly not long enough for what she did.

Girls did you listen to the Tele/T.V. interview with the girls mother, it is so sad, it breaks my heart, the two of them had words and the girl ran off to her bedroom, the father found her later, hanging. There is nothing they can do to that woman that did this that is enough, what is worse not only is she an adult, but a mother, Kimberly I agree with you I think they will find that , that woman has other issues as well. I only hope they don’t try for insanity, I am so sick of ppl getting off for being crazy, sure they are, so what ? lock em’ up forever anyway.

I heard about this a while back. And that the parents of the girl would see the other parents at the store after they filed charges and the perpetrator couple would be like “Why are you doing this to us?” Those people are sick and evil and I hope that woman gets every bad thing that’s coming to her.

Serious, SERIOUS boundary issues.

I think we can all understand that “mama bear” moment when someone has hurt our child and we vow REVENGE. That said, once the emotional fog clears, we are supposed to remember that we are the adults here and act accordingly. Not open MySpace accounts to torment young teens into suicide.

This is unconscionable and I cannot imagine her defense. Was she hoping that something constructive would come of this?

This woman has serious issues. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to find out she’s had over-the-top reaction to other things in her life.

I just saw this while I had my morning coffee. I was really disturbed, what kind of woman…what kind of PARENT would do that to a little girl? Sometimes I want to move to the woods, and just keep Paige safe from all the awful shit that goes on.

20 years in prison? that is nothing, she should never see day light again. Oh my gosh , kids do this stuff, I did’nt think grown women did this, well of course if in their right mind, no I take that back even most sane kids don’t do this. I know, I read about this shortly after it happened. It just makes me sick that there are people as fucked up as the woman who did this. It is so horrible.
