It's not a weird name. But, you know, Bean is getting all sorts of scrunchy faces to her naming her baby "Maeve," like nobody's ever heard of that before. Like it's some name from Jupiter or something, when really it's a very old-fashioned Irish name. And I can't tell you how many times I've seen my name spelled "Reeda," when mine is actually very old and traditional as well.

Next time someone remarks on the uniqueness of Graham's name, just comment on how yeah, people just don't know anything about the old traditional names anymore and roll your eyes. Ignorant bat.

I'm laughing at this story Jess. I don't think Graham is a weird name at all. But I'm flashing back to Anthromamma's story about her neighbor girl with the Kre8tive name!
All of the spellings of these names these days are getting out of hand, though. We know one girl named Kailee ( pronounced Kay-lee) and one girl named Kailee ( pronounced Ky-lee). 2 different girls. 2 different sounds.
Same. Darn. Spelling.

Indeed, I know quite a few Grahams. In any event, I think some opinions, especially if they're negative are probably best kept to oneself.
Cheers
