Getting a sitter would require effort. I saw the Pirates of the Caribbean because it was on ABC (free tv). I really want to see Dreamgirls but knew that I would have to rent it-dh would NEVER watch that. We saw the Lion King show at DisneyWorld and I thought he would get up and leave after the first song. I am the only SAHM with a toddler in my circle of girlfriends, so everyone else seems to be going to the movies at least once a month. I also saw Dead Man's Chest, mostly because it was an action-y movie (for my husband) and it had Johnny Depp in it (for me- oh gawd yes, for me!). We also saw Little Miss Sunshine, and LOVED it! We were so excited to see that Borat (not really an Oscar-type) will be out on DVD March something- so we will be in the delayed loop soon! Too funny.
